Lt. CIC. - Tom Strain (AL)
ANV Commander - Randy Burbage (SC)
ANV Councilman - Ronnie Roach (NC)
AoT Commander - Larry McCluney (MS)
AoT Councilman - James Patterson  (TN)
ATM Commander - Charles Lauret (LA)
ATM Councilman - Paul Gramling (LA)

Two amendments to the Constitution were considered. Both failed to obtain the votes to be adopted.
